Dr. Staley received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and semi-professional soccer player.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to rehabilitation and physical health. My treatment approach is centered around individualized, evidence-informed interventions delivered in an enjoyable manner.
What is your favorite thing about being a PT?
My favorite thing about being a PT is being able to see my people get back to their best, or even better than their best, and watching them improve visit-by-visit.
I also love being able to teach people skills and knowledge they can carry with them to live healthier lifestyles and prevent injuries and pains in the future!
Why did you choose to go into cash-pay physical therapy?
I got into cash-pay because I was tired of being bound down by being double/triple booked and being limited by insurance guidelines.
Since joining Concierge Orthopedics, I have been able to provide my patients the time, attention, and detail-oriented approach that they deserve.
What can you tell us about your hiring and onboarding experience?
The hiring and onboarding experience was so simple yet so detail-oriented and rewarding, I felt so prepared to take on the world of cash-pay PT and entrepreneurship despite limited background prior to this experience.
The best part of my role with CO is being able to work with athletic patients/clients and have the freedom to tailor their plan of care to specifically meet their needs and goals, without worrying about insurance barriers or limitations of a traditional PT setting.
By being able to meet patients where they are, I can fully utilize the combination of my skillset and the patient’s skillset to effectively maximize our time, the patient’s value, and the patient’s outcomes.
