OUR STORY

PNG-01-01_edited.png

Our founder, Kelli Chandler, started Concierge Orthopedics in 2016 as a way to treat patients that were unable to make it to traditional outpatient physical therapy practices and become a mobile physical therapist.  She noticed a trend in the outpatient physical therapy game.  Patient deductibles were climbing.  Physical Therapists were double and triple booked.  Patients often received shorter visits with reduced one-on-one time.  Patients with small children at home or demanding work schedules could not make it to physical therapy appointments during normal office hours. She noticed a need for a mobile physical therapist in her community.

Our solution? Concierge care. We come to the patient!  Concierge Orthopedics solved the problem by offering physical therapy professionals visit in the convenience of patients' homes or offices.  All visits are one on one.  No wait time.  Truly individualized concierge care.  Physical therapy at its best.

Concierge Orthopedics helped patients for over five years when we began noticing another problem, more and more physical therapists searching for a way to treat their own concierge cash pay patients.  It is Concierge Orthopedics goal to provide resources for all physical therapists to run their own concierge practice, be a part of our awesome community.  We make it easy for physical therapists to do what they love, treat patients.
