CEO, FOUNDER & PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Dr. Kelli is a fellowship-trained orthopedic physical therapist with extensive experience helping patients move better, recover from injury, and live pain-free. She started CO to provide personalized, hands-on care for patients while creating a platform where physical therapists can enjoy a more balanced, flexible, and fulfilling career.

COO & PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Dr. ShaniaĀ earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy and Exercise Science degrees from Marquette University. A certified strength and conditioning specialist with a background in group fitness, she is passionate about helping clients achieve lasting health and wellness through personalized care. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, waterskiing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Dr. Erica is aĀ physical therapist with specialized training in chronic pain management. She combines her clinical expertise with a passion for leadership, overseeing provider onboarding, process optimization, patient and provider engagement, and content creation, like writing out blog. Erica is dedicated to helping PTs build balanced, fulfilling careers while ensuring patients receive personalized, holistic care. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer and traveling with her husband.

PATIENT INTAKE SPECIALIST
Evie Miller is the first point of contact for new patients, ensuring a smooth, welcoming introduction to care. She coordinates scheduling, verifies details, and supports both patients and providers to make every transition effortless. Dedicated to clear communication and organization, Evie helps connect patients with the right therapists so they can focus on recovery. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, family time, and staying active in her daughterā€™s school and sports activities.
