Dr. Grode, our COO, and I had the chance to meet our mentors this past week.

What a privilege.

You know that feeling when someone you’ve been learning from, someone whose voice has guided your toughest business decisions, turns out to be exactly who you hoped they’d be? It’s rare. And when it happens, it feels like this:

Validation. For every dollar, hour, and hard choice you’ve made following their framework.
Hope. For your future, your business, your team, and the lives you’re about to change.
Victory. Not because you’ve arrived, but because you’ve stayed in the game long enough to realize how far you’ve come.

What I (Dr. Chandler) Learned from the Master of Paid Ads

I’ve spent the last week soaking up wisdom from Ashley Brock, the master of paid ads. And I don’t say that lightly. In December, I took a big leap and invested in her Ads Mastery Mastermind. It was a big bet. It’s paying off.

Since implementing what I’ve learned:

  • I started running Google keyword ads (think “physical therapist near me”)

  • I’ve quadrupled my revenue in just four months

  • We’re now rolling out this exact model to all Concierge Orthopedics providers so they can experience the same kind of growth

I also learned how to retarget. That means if someone visits our website or social but doesn’t book, we can gently remind them we’re here. That’s why, if you feel like you’re seeing us on Facebook or Instagram, you probably are.

As Ashley says:
“You being the best kept secret helps no one.”

And she’s right. Being great at what you do isn’t enough if no one knows about it.

What Dr. Grode Took from The Salesgirls

Dr. Shania Grode has been learning from The Salesgirls, starting with their January intensive and now working her way through every podcast they’ve made. Why? Because marketing gets people to your door, but sales gets them through it.

If a potential patient never says yes, they never experience:

  • Better movement

  • Less pain

  • A higher quality of life

One of her biggest takeaways:
“You can’t sell if you aren’t sold.”

That’s powerful. If you don’t believe in the value of what you offer, no one else will. And if you do believe it, are you charging what it’s worth? Are you willing to stand in the value you bring to people’s lives?

And if you’re a patient reading this:
Are you willing to invest in your body?
Because physical therapy isn’t just a service. It’s a solution.
