Dr. Olivia Nees

Hello! My name is Alex and I am currently residing in Iowa City, IA. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I grew up in El Paso, TX, went to the University of Denver for my undergraduate studies and then to Des Moines University for physical therapy school. I graduated in 2018, and then moved out to Dallas, TX. While in Dallas, I had the opportunity to work at the outpatient clinic associated with the county hospital in the area where I served a diverse patient population and gained experience working in various subspecialties including orthopedic, neurologic, vestibular, amputees, trauma/burn, and pediatrics. I am a certified stroke rehabilitation specialist and have a passion for helping stroke survivors with improving their safety and independence.

I became a physical therapist to be able to provide quality one-on-one care to individuals with mobility, strength, balance, and/or other functional impairments. I am here to help YOU reach YOUR personal goals. One aspect that I love about Concierge Orthopedics, is that we can work together in whatever setting best fits your schedule - my home, your home, or even virtually through a Telehealth visit. I truly enjoy working with a variety of diagnoses and always look forward to improving someone's quality of life and return to prior function. Please reach out with any inquiries. I am looking forward to meeting you and gaining the opportunity to work together.

Dr. Teresa Werth

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Health Coach. I became interested in a career in physical therapy due to my love of athletics growing up. I was involved in volleyball, gymnastics, golf, and dance. I have continued my love for sports with volleyball, biking, running, triathlons, snowboarding, curling, and kayaking!

I attended the College of St. Benedict for my undergraduate degree and the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, for my graduate degree. I am also a board-certified orthopedic specialist. During my 16 years as a physical therapist, I realized there is so much more to health and healing, leading me to become a certified Health and Life Coach.

I am all about taking on new challenges and trying to better myself. I love being able to help others with that through my career as a PT and Coach!
