Dr. Sophia Brown
Hello Everyone! My name is Miracle Douglas. I am a true Texas native now practicing in the awesome city of Georgia as a physical therapist with a loving passion to serve the pediatric community. I have 1 year of adult based ortho and 7 years of pediatric experience serving in variety of settings such as daycares, schools, private clinics and even a variety of telehealth platforms. I’ve treated children with a variety of medical diagnoses, developmental delays and I have also received certification in the areas of kinesiology taping and proper administration of home health services. To see children thrive in their natural environments and during their primary occupation of play yields the greatest joy and reward for me. I am happily married to my husband, Calvin Douglas, and after providing so much love and care to our infinite amount of Godchildren, nieces, nephew over the years, God has now blessed us to experience the joy of having our own little one debuting this December. My other joys of service include serving within our church youth ministry department, traveling to the mountains, and cooking for/feeding large groups of people. I look forward to serving you in whatever capacity needed!
Lauren has enjoyed practicing physical therapy for 18 years, servicing the residents of Southwestern Pennsylvania, as a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist. She specializes in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, focusing primarily on shoulder, knee and low back injuries. Her interests include treating the overhead athlete, specifically baseball players, though she enjoys the weekend warriors too!
Lauren provides evidenced-based therapy consisting of manual interventions, IASTM and progressive exercise prescription. She takes an individualized approach to all patient encounters, striving to determine root cause and treating the patient in his or her entirety.

I enjoy helping my clients to achieve their maximum potential as holistic beings. I have been practicing over 20 years - initially overseas. Presently, I am licensed in Maryland and Georgia. Most of my experience has been in outpatient and sports medicine clinics treating orthopedic, sports medicine (professional including olympic and recreational athletes), neurologic and geriatric patients. I look forward to providing educational and rehabilitative services to those in need.

My name is Sara Jakab and I am a licensed physical therapist in Florida. I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University in 2014. My undergraduate degree is Exercise Science and Sports Studies from Rutgers University, where I was also on the Division I Women's Gymnastics team. I personally experienced the pain of injury throughout my 20 year career as a gymnast and I know the importance of quality rehabilitative services.
My experience lies in pediatric care, sports related injuries, general orthopedic concerns, and congenital or acquired neurological conditions. I am also knowledgeable in the areas of equipment management, orthotic management, and general fitness planning. I continue to expand my knowledge in the areas of chronic pain and geriatric care as well. My mission is to help individuals lead healthy lives free from pain with improved independence. I enjoy spending my free time with my wonderful husband, my cute mini goldendoodle, and my amazing friends and family. My interests include playing board games, traveling, hiking, baking, and dancing.

I am a Georgia native and currently live there with my husband and 2 sons. I obtained my Physical Therapy degree from Medical College of Georgia. I am a certified vestibular therapist and it is my passion to reach out to help more patients with vestibular disorders. My name is Dr. Jennifer Wright and I have practiced as a licensed physical therapist for 9 years in the Tampa Bay area. I am passionate about restoring function and enhancing quality of life; placing great importance on individualized, functional treatment. While most of my career has been centered around the geriatric population, I have also treated medically complex patients spanning from all ages. I have expertise in fall prevention, assessing mobility and adaptive equipment, home evaluation, postoperative care and pre/post natal care. I have extensive experience and knowledge with highly functioning individuals as well as lower level/cognitively impaired patients.
Throughout the pandemic I have witnessed a shift in care with increased caregiver burnout, social isolation and patients not willing to risk going to a skilled nursing home or outpatient setting. Lydell is a physical therapist in Jacksonville, Florida with 15 years of experience. He has successfully treated a wide range of sports injuries and orthopedic disorders. He earned a doctorate degree from University of St. Augustine. He is a board certified orthopedic specialist in physical and is also manual therapy certified. Lydell believes the patient comes first and listening to the patient and providing sufficient education are important tools to utilize for correcting dysfunctions and reaching goals.

Christine Schultheiss, PT, DPT has been in practice for almost 10 years working primarily in outpatient orthopedics. She enjoys treating patients with shoulder, knee, and ankle concerns and has extensive experience with spinal issues and post-operative rehab. She has done additional training to help patients recover after concussions and recently completed continuing education to provide dry needling to her patient population. She started her own cash-based, concierge practice in hopes of reaching the part of the population that may need physical therapy more quickly than the traditional model allows or that have progressed beyond traditional PT practice, but still need guidance to safely return to the activities they love. When not working, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 year old daughter, and miniature dachshund, Hamburger.

Erica is a native to Florida, where she achieved her undergraduate degree in exercise physiology and her doctorate degree in physical therapy. She is currently residing in the North Georgia mountains where she enjoys hiking in her free time. She has worked in patient care since 2008 and as a physical therapist since 2015. She has experience treating a variety of patients in outpatient, inpatient, acute care, skilled nursing, home health care and via telehealth. She has also spent time as a contract physical therapist working in multiple states including Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alaska. She is passionate about treating patients through telehealth to improve patient access to skilled physical therapy services and promote patient convenience to achieve their mobility goals.

Dr. Nicholas Boland attended undergrad at EKU in Richmond, KY and completed his doctorate at the University of Kentucky’s Hazard campus. He discovered his passion for Physical Therapy while being a patient in high school following a sports injury. His desire to help people, love of science and exercise fuels his passion to continue progressing his knowledge and career in Physical Therapy. Nick’s emphasis is on helping people improve with back and neck pain and sports injuries. He’s passionate about educating his patients and helping them to feel empowered to live their lives and be able to do the things they love, whether that is going on walks with their family or high level athletic events.
